APPLICATIONS FOR SUMMER ‘25 OPEN
DROP SQUAD CREW - is Drop Zone's performance and training crew for beginner adult dancers (21+). No auditions required and flexible commitment. Work on gaining confidence in your dancing though mixed-styles choreography, performance techniques and individual feedback. Deepen your understanding of grooves, musicality, and rhythm. This season will be primarily jazz funk and sensual based, but Kimy, our director also has a background in hip hop and reggaeton. Training is better with a supportive community!
You will be training to prepare for a joint 2000’s themed video project with DRIP! Filming is taking place August 28th.
To allow you flexibility in your adult life, DROP SQUAD runs in 8 week sessions. You can join this training for as many sessions in the year as your schedule allows.
Drop Squad prioritizes enrollment for BIPOC dancers in order to foster a diverse community in which they feel comfortable. All are welcome although we must ensure the group is at least 60% BIPOC.
